Practical information for exhibitors
When?
Opening hours for exhibitors and booth staff:
Wednesday, October 2: 07:00 -18:00 hours
Thursday, October 3: 07:00 -19:00 (from 17:00 exhibitor drinks)
Friday, October 4: 07:00 - 18:00 hours
Saturday, October 5: 07:00 - 18:00 hours
Sunday, October 6: 07:00 -23:00 hours
We will be open to visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every exhibition day.
Setup times
Building your own booth: please note times differ from last year!
Monday, September 30:
Hall 07: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Hall 08: 10:00 - 22:00 hours
Hall 09: 12:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Hall 10: 12:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Hall 11: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Hall 12: 08:00 - 22:00 hours
Tuesday, Oct. 1:
All halls: 07:00 - 21:00 hours
No cars in the halls after 5 p.m. due to cleaning aisles and laying carpet
Setting up standard stand construction (including luxury camping tourism units and market stalls)
Tuesday, October 1:
12:00- 9:00 pm. No cars in the halls after 17:00 due to cleaning aisles and laying carpet
Cut-off times
Completion of own stand construction
Sunday, Oct. 6:
17:00 - 23:00. Starting at 17:00, the carpet and riggingfor each hall will be removed in phases. Then the doors will be opened as soon as possible. Please note that first all small traffic (<2.70m height) will enter the halls first and then all large traffic (>2.70m height).
Monday, Oct. 7:
08:00 - 17:00
Clearing standard stand construction
Sunday, Oct. 6:
