Looking for a bike carrier or tow bar for your camper or van camper? Then you should visit Memo Europe's stand during the Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs. This Dutch manufacturer specializes in bike carriers and tow bars for motorhomes.
The special feature of the bike carriers is that they are not mounted on the rear wall, but on the chassis of the camper. "As a result, you don't have to lift high," explains director Bart Oosterhoff. "And your bikes stand much firmer. That makes our carriers ideal for transporting for e-bikes."
Popular M-Star now also in 'Black Edition'
Memo presents its full range of bike carriers and tow bars at Jaarbeurs, including the M-Star Black Edition. A new version of Memo's best-known bike carrier, but done entirely in black. This gives it a cool, modern look.
Especially for camper vans: swing-away tow bar
Another product Oosterhoff likes to highlight is the Van-Swing swing module. "That was developed specifically for van campers and is available for more and more brands. Fiat Ducato, Ford Transit, Citroën Jumpy, Volkswagen Crafter, just to name a few. The beauty of the module is that you can swing the tow bar, including the bike carrier, away from the rear doors.
